CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga

 

Reduce daily stress and instill a sense of well-being. Yoga is based on ancient teachings that promote balance, flexibility, and strength, through challenging postures while learning relaxation and breathing techniques.

Yoga Mix

 

20 minutes of Yoga, 20 minutes of Pilates, 20 minutes of Deep Stretch. Together the disciplines will increase stamina, suppleness, and balance. Improving fitness and physique.

$Yoga$

 Same as Yoga above BUT not included in membership. You can pay per class ($10.00) OR buy a $50.00 '10'class card with a 2 month expiration date. 

Zumba

 

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating class of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.

Nutrition Counseling

 

 

Sessions for nutrition support based on science and facts: Led by Al Ezrre, Certified Life/Health Coach and Director/Owner at SCCS. 20 minute information period with a Q&A after, is FREE, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Private sessions available by appointment for $25.00/session for members and $60.00/session for non-members. Al has 41 years experience helping people change on step at a time, to permanently create a better quality of life.
